1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content (study materials, online tests, analytics), all sales are generally final.
However, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@upscprep.com within 5 days of the transaction. Please include your registered email address and transaction ID.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.
4. Changes to Plans
We reserve the right to modify our pricing and plans. Any such changes will not affect active subscriptions for the duration of the already paid period.
